Back office service employee

For our service department we are looking for a back office service employee.

In this role you will maintain all correspondence with our clients worldwide, being yards as well as captains and engineers, regarding work to do with periodic service, warranty or breakdown. 

Amongst others, you will prepare and follow up on budget offers, make all preparations for our service engineers, including travel arrangements and applying for permits and you will deal with all incoming service calls and emails and where possible assist our clients with their technical questions. in addition to that you will deal with all incoming orders for (spare) parts.


What we look for

We ask:

  • You have a college degree in a technical field of study.
  • You have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • You are customer friendly, stress-resistant, eager to learn and an independent worker.

Experience in a comparable role or in the lift industry is preferable, however if you have another technical background and are eager to learn we would love to hear from you.
