Service Coordinator

HML provides service to lifts on board of ships all over the world. Not only do we service the lifts of our own making but also lifts of other brands. 

To strengthen our service department, we are looking for a service coordinator. Within this position you are reponsible for coordinating all activities related to our service and converstion projects. In this respect you direct and instruct our service engineers and you keep close contact with our customers and suppliers. You also provide assistance to our technical service department in case of technical questions.

What we look for

  • MBO level 4 WTB / Electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of Lift Technology is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and ISAH (ERP package)
  • Basic knowledge autodesk (Autocad and Inventor) is an advantage.
  • You are accurate and critical when reading drawings and documents.
  • You ask questions in case documents or answers are unclear or incomplete.
  • You can analyze and convert findings into concrete advice.
  • You can stimulate people in a positive way to work better / more accurately.
  • You have several years of experience in a similar position with demonstrable practical knowledge.
